James Faleke won’t give up as he heads to appeal court

James Faleke

Embittered by the fact that he was deprived of his “rightful mandate” by his party, James Faleke will have to take refuge in the appeal court after the Federal High Court has ruled that the Kogi state elections should go on as planned on the 5th of December.

Justice Gabriel Kolawole ruled on Friday afternoon, that the court lacked the jurisdiction to intervene in the matter.

James Faleke is aggrieved of the fact that another candidate was chosen to represent the APC even when he was the running mate of the deceased gubernatorial candidate, Late Prince Audu.

The Kogi state gubernatorial supplementary elections will still go on scheduled on the 5th of December 2015 with Yahaya Bello representing APC in the elections.
